ETS exercise on the H.E.L.P. course

Together with the WHO and it's local partners, the International Institute of Health Management Research (IIHMR), the Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS) and the National Institute of Disaster Management (NIDM), the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) conducted the 4th Health Emergencies in Large Populations (H.E.L.P.) course in New Delhi, India.

 

The H.E.L.P. course is a multidisciplinary training course for managing large humanitarian operations in disasters, conflicts and other crises. ICRC have certified ETS Senior instructors and during the 4th regional HELP course, which was held in February/March in New Delhi, they conducted a mass casualty exercise with ETS.
